Confused

I want to get straight to the point. My man and I have an open relationship and I have had a threesome before with him. So about 2 months ago we had a threesome with a girl I really liked and he liked he also, but all of sudden she stop calling and texting. This happened 2 weeks ago no calls or texts. I texted her a few days ago and she didn’t respond. She ghosted us like a man would do. I know she told me a few weeks ago she lost her job and had to move back in with her parents. What do you think? I’m I overreacting and she has a lot going on or she just wanted to fuck?
