Caffeine free coffee?

Hi ladies. I haven't gone to the dr yet. I'm only 8 weeks. Anyways this cool Kansas weather has me back in my coffee groove. I know caffeine should be drank sparingly... Is caffeine free coffee ok in that case?

Drink the real stuff if you want! 200 mg a day is ok. Decaf can pretty nasty for you (because of the decaffination process).

I still have my 1-2 cups a day, black. Good quality coffee has beneficial anti-oxidants.

I think decaf has a slight amount of caffeine in it. But I definitely think it is better than a regular coffee or latte. You get the same taste (in my opinion).

They use a lot of chemicals to make it decaf. You're better off with a cup of the real thing. My doctor says two cups a day are fine, I've been sticking to just one

I agree that if u want to drink it drink the real stuff. The chemicals in decaf coffee are worse than the caffeine in actual coffee! Just stick to one cup a day. I am extra cautious so I actually stayed away from caffeine complete my first trimester ( that's just me) but since then I have a cup, sometimes two cups a day..

If decafe was so bad they would 100% say NOT SAFE WHEN PREGNANT  im sure some fast food is worse with all the crap init to make it tast nice and wanting more! Decafe is fine

The guides say you can safely have 2 small cups a day. I stuck with one cup most days of my pregnant (28 weeks now). Fine so far. I don't have anything else like Coke or red bull that's heavily caffeinated
