Can’t communicate

My partner and I don’t communicate well because I can never seem to address the real issues. She is so tired of me and annoyed by me that she just makes fun of me. I know she is a thousand times smarter and quicker than me but I just don’t know how to get past this. I’m losing hope that I can get better and that she even wants to be with me at all. I can’t find any reasons other than how close her son and I are that she should want me. I feel like she’s wants anyone but me and she could if she felt like it. She already has a boyfriend for a year now. I feel like it’s ending after 14 years.
