Morning ladies! I had my first appt with the vaginal exam and pap... No one told me that I'd bleed a little when I had it done so I completely freaked out and had a full blown meltdown tears included. So... All the new moms out there... If you haven't had your first appt where they do the vag exam, pap and blood work be prepared! It's totally normal since your cervix is so sensitive right now. Just letting y'all know in case you haven't been told. Just keep an eye on the spotting if you spot the rest of that day.
