What to focus on

Question

Hey ladies. I'm a FTM and feel like I'm not getting things ready soon enough for our little Ryker who is due in Oct. Any advice on how to prioritize what I'm getting done? I'm still working 10 hrs a day and feel very limited on time right now. Help please.

As far as I can tell, the only 100% necessary things are having the car seat installed, having a place for the baby to sleep, and having enough diapers and wipes to get you through a few days. Also have chosen a pediatrician and have formula around if you won't be breastfeeding. Everything else will work itself out!

I'm 36+5 weeks and we just got the nursery together this past weekend, I still have yet to install the car seat. You have plenty of time. Just do small projects. We painted the nursery about a month ago, then replaced the carpet and finally got furniture and unpacked the shower gifts. I still have pictures to hang and sheets to wash. Just take it a day a time :)
