Vaginal estradiol false negative test?

Question

I am 12dpiui and have been taking vaginal estradiol suppositories twice a day. Can this cause you to have a false negative with a home PT? I have my beta test on Thursday but have had all negative tests at home. Something about this cycle feels different so hoping I could be getting false negatives because of the estradiol.

I am taking progresteron suppositories twice a day too. I tested today but not with fmu 13dpt/11dpiui and i got a clearly negative. I dont know if its from that or not but still trying to stay positive. Beta scheduled on Saturday and Af due sunday 8th. 🤞🤞🤞 for both of us. I've been googling a lot this hours and they say that its still hope for a bfp. Sometimes in iui cycles beta its not detected in hpt until blood work. So,lets hope for the best. This is my first iui cycle

I'm on both progrestron and estradiol (had first IUI yeserday) so definitely looking to see what others say about this.
