I’m currently 7dpo, AF is due in 7 more days on December 11. Today I’m experiencing severe lower back pain and lower abdominal pain to the point that my legs hurt and feel sore. I’ve read that some women experience implantation cramping but they’re usually very mild and dull. If I were to be pregnant I don’t think these cramps I’m feeling right now would be considered implantation cramping due to them being excruciating. They are so painful that I have to kinda hunch over. Are severe and excruciating cramps still considered implantation or early pregnancy cramps ?
