Missed a period in October 28

Was due on November 28 but came on 1,2 December lasted 2 days bright red period not heavy so was unusual..

Also I had a weird symptom since 4 days my 3 fingers and hand my right has gone numb, tingling feeling and needles got it checked and doctors say it’s trapped nerve

Did a test and it’s negative

But has anyone experienced this 2 days period and ended up being pregnant if so when did u test after ?
