Anyone ever try fertility / maya abdominal massage?
This is supposed to be done last day of AF to ovulation. The abdomen massage is supposed to stimulate blood flow in the uterus and ovaries. Curious to know if any of you have tried it and if so, what was your result?
Going to google some how to videos and start doing this last day of AF! hoping this works.
