Weight loss help.
I want to lose 85-100 pounds by next august but I just can’t seem to stay motivated. How did you guys stay motivated? Also, I want to weight train but I can’t attend the gym everyday. What should I buy for my house that I can weight train with so I can tone up my body while losing weight? Don’t be afraid to Drop meal plans and exercise routines.☺️
