Ameda pumps?

Trying to go through insurance to get a breast pump. Ameda is one of my (very limited) choices. Does anyone have any knowledge, recommendations, and/or concerns on their pumps? Any information is greatly appreciated!

I have the Purely Yours. It’s awful and could not properly drain my breast. Their parts are a bit uncomfortable on the breast, oddly shaped compared to others and the pump is so loud! I’m sticking with my Spectra S1!!

My Ameda was TERRIBLE. It didn't suck evenly, and completely ruined my supply because it took me too long to realize. Absolutely call your insurance and see what you qualify for; one of the pump websites suggested that I qualified for 4 different pumps, but I just got off the phone with insurance and I can get virtually any standard grade pump

Ive read that they're great pumps, but lack in the 'user friendly' department. They don't offer the digital display and settings saving feature of the Spectra's.
