Is it my first AF? Feeling confused :-/

I had a miscarriage 4 weeks and 5 days ago. After the bleeding stopped I had brown discharge which lasted until 2 weeks ago. For the past few weeks I've had major PMS. I started AF this morning - the bleeding is light-moderate but I've got bad cramps, which I don't normally get. I have been reading online and apparently you need to have 20 bleeding/spotting free days for it to be considered your period...its only been 14 days since the spotting stopped so is this my AF or still my miscarriage? I had a scan a few weeks ago and was told it was all clear and everything had passed apart from a tiny blood vessel which just gets absorbed back into your body. I really hope this is AF!! Xxx
