Thyroid or hyperthyroidism

I'm little concern before I came out pregnant I was seening another doctor to start fertility. it was about year that I couldn't come out pregnant so doctor did whole physical and showed that I had thyroid. Well she wanted me get this treated before starting the fertility pills after week I was late on my period so I took a test and came positive. I which doctors because it's closer to my work and I explain to her what the other doctor said that I had thyroid but this doctor hasn't gave me anything or treated it so am little worried.. Am 14 weeks am feel tired even if I get my 8hr sleep am still throwing up I get hot flashes.. So if anyone had this problem should I change doctors my next appointment is next week
