Need opinions!! OPK test...

I took this opk test because I'm CD13 and I haven't felt my O pains at all this month & on top of that my temps haven't dropped below last months coverline (98.0) except for one time and that was yesterday morning CD12. It went from 98.2 down to 97.8 (it rained the night before and I slept with the fan in the window, could be the reason) 

However, this morning I'm back up to 98.0 ; took the opk test this popped up not even 5 mins had passed. 

Now earlier this month, I got what I believed was my AF, started a day early. Lasted 3 out of the 4 days very dark red/brown. Looked paste like 2nd-3rd day. On weird thing was my temp never dropped. The day AF came my temp went up to 98.3, it has yet to drop down to my pre-O temps. 

Any Thoughts?
