TTC w/ PCOS (post miscarriage and d/c)

okay to try to bring you up to speed the shortest way possible... I have PCOS and I've been working with my doctor to try to conceive. This year I was able to get pregnant with timed intercourse

as my doctor was helping me track my ovulation. unfortunately I did have a miscarriage and my doctor wants to wait until my next period to start tracking again. However I just had a period last week and I want to try on my own before going back to the doctor at my next period because who knows when that will be (my cycles are so irregular)

I want to attempt an unassisted tracking of my ovulation but I'm not sure which products are best I don't want to spend a whole bunch of money and I saw these (pics below)online anyone familiar with them or anyone have any other suggestions?
