Backpacks in my.opinion are more convienant. If its not a diaper bag backpack get some small zippered cases or zip locs to keep stuff organized

I honestly wouldn't use any of these. They're way too deep/tall. You're literally going to have to take half the bag apart to grab something and then put it all back. So it's just not practical to me. I much prefer a wider tote/backpack. I have the Lily-Jade Jennifer. It's one of their lifestyle bags (they also have actual diaper bag options with an insert). All of their bags come with a strap to turn them into a backpack so they're absolutely perfect.

I would get a diaper bag, not a tote bag or a regular backpack. Diaper bags have more storage and are usually made a little better.

Backpack for sure but an actual diaper backpack has specific pockets & compartments so will be much easier

Don't recommend any of the ones you posted but if you had to go with anything go with a Back pack,
So much more convenient. 
This is the one I have(except mine is Red)  and it's pretty awesome.
The insulation is really helpful for keeping the bottles warm while we are out.

I had totes with both my
Older kids and they stunk. I just thought it was so inconvenient. Now they have the backpacks and it’s much easier to wear them and it fits a LOT
