Uncomfortable new relationship

Hi so I recently broke up with someone I was in a loving, long term relationship with and I miss how good he was at sex...I’m with this new guy right now that I could see turning into something serious too he’s so sweet but just doesn’t know what he’s doing and honestly neither do I when it comes to being in control of the sex.

We’re already pretty open on the fact that he’s too quick to cum etc. But I’m wondering if anyone has some tips to help me lead him to where he needs to be to make the sex better for both of us.
