Students given extra points in exams if they met 8 hour sleep goals during finals week

Basically they took a very small sample size and the students who took the “8 hour challenge” during exam week did better than those who did not. if you’ve been in college you most likely experienced late nights studying for exams.. and we all know this isn’t always the best idea as cramming + little sleep doesn’t make for good test taking.
