MIA libido...

So I just had my first IUD put in a month ago and since then I've been loosing my libido like crazy. I don't get horny anymore (use to about 1-2 times a week). My boyfriend wants to be intimate but I'm just not feeling it, he never pushes for sex and respects the fact that I'm saying no, but I want to reciprocate. I want to feel in the mood too and I'm just not.

Has anyone experienced this before, and does it go away?
