I was so excited to see 7 positive pregnancy tests! But the day following all those positives I started to bleed and have terrible cramps. I went to the dr and he did a ultrasound which showed no sac had formed yet and bloodwork. He thinks I'm having a early miscarriage. I go back tomorrow for more blood tests to confirm. I am having the worst cramps I've ever had and so much discomfort. Is it normal to hurt so bad? This would have been our 1st baby so we we so upset. Anyone been through this? Have any advice? Thanks in advance.
