I estimated that I’m 7 weeks pregnant. I’ve had constant positive at home pregnancy tests and a lot of pregnancy symptoms. I went in for an ultrasound yesterday. They saw a gestational sac with no fetus inside. They told me that I probably had a miscarriage or maybe the number of weeks is off and baby can’t be seen yet. I’m going back in a week again to doctor to check. I am petrified and confused! Has anyone gone through this before and the baby just couldn’t be seen the first time?
