LifeSum App & Lazy Keto!

I’m starting a bit of a “lazy keto” diet soon as I’ve been wanting to do it for a while and I saw a post yesterday and the woman mentioned using the LifeSum app. So I downloaded it because I think it’ll be a good tool to help track what I’m eating.

I took the quiz and got Ketogenic Strict and I really want to get the premium version but just want to know if it’s worth it? Does anyone else have LifeSum?

Also, could you take a look at my keto plan and add any ideas of different foods that can be substituted in?

My Lazy Keto:

Breakfast - 2 eggs, 2 strips of bacon, half and avocado

Lunch - tuna & mayo lettuce wrap

Snack - 2 string cheese or nuts of some sort

Dinner - chicken breast, cauliflower rice, and ?

Snack - something sweet but keto safe?

& of courseeeee AQUA 💦
