How much baby food do you give your 7 month old?

I know there’s no set amount they need but I’m wondering how much other moms give their baby. 
My daughter doesn’t seem interested in it much other than bananas. Everything else she won’t even finish the small 2oz containers. 
Edit: I am completely aware breast milk should be given first and she gets more than enough of that. I’m just trying to see how the amount of baby food she eats compares to other babies her age.

As much as they want. Their tummies are tiny and so much can fit there. Once they are done then they are done. Formula/milk with even a small amount of food is alot for them.

You should ALWAYS give formula or breast milk FIRST, then solids for flavor and texture exploration only afterwards. They should be getting everything they need nutritionally from the formula or breast milk and getting full from that so it’s totally normal if they don’t eat a large quantity of solids.

We do 7 oz bottle followed by purées. For veggies, it’s an ice cube sized serving because I made and froze them that way. For fruit, it’s tougher to tell because I use the pouches squeezed onto the spoon. I try to do about 10 or so bites of it. He had solids 3 times a day.

We started with veggies at 6 months, and then introduced fruits around 7 months. She eats about 32 oz of formula in a day. Then she has 2 1/2 tablespoons of cereal (oatmeal, not rice. I know empty calories but I mix her fruit into it. If I give her just bananas, she gets constipated. If I mix them in the oatmeal, she still poops. If I give her just apples, she gets runny poos, if I mix it in her oatmeal, she has normal poos.) Anyways so I mix about 2 oz of fruit into her oatmeal in the morning. Usually about her 3rd feed of the day. And then she eats 2 to 4 oz of veggies at dinner. Green beans, squash, carrots. I'm thinking of adding another 2 oz of veggies around lunchtime now that she's 8 months old. We've tried unseasoned foods (mashed potatoes thinned with formula, turkey, eggs, teething wafers, yogurt melts) she gags so I dont think shes ready for food food just yet.

With my second daughter this time around we kind of went the baby led weaning route and didn't do much baby food, but more table foods starting at 6 months. My first daughter had some issues with her iron levels when she was about 18 months old because she wasn't crazy about meats and other iron rich foods where she was used to the baby food. My second will be 1 in 3 days and she loves all food and will eat anything we do since we skipped baby food! It may take your little one some time to get used to the texture of the baby food, but just offer her a few kinds until you find some she likes. Just try to feed her some in between giving her breastmilk/formula to get her used to it!
