Fatigue & lingering headache wont go awayyy

Im not sure whats wrong but I have this lingering headache that wont seem to fully go away and its driving me crazy...

Im always tired. Like ALWAYS. Even if I get 8hrs of sleep 3 nights in a row, I can sleep all-day long

My period just ended Nov 28th-Dec 4th

I been drinking lots of water and I just cant seem to ever feel 100%. Ive also had the last 3 days off from work so I got a break and still don’t feel better.

Any suggestions??
