Trying to conceive within the next year

I had severe cervical dysplasia 2016 and 2017. Got the LEEP procedure done April 2017. Have had regular periods the last year and currently not on any birth control ... how can I conceive easier/faster? My oldest child is 8, and im ready to start trying for #2 with my boyfriend.

Weve been together 18mths now and surprisingly I havent gotten pregnant after a year of no birth control or condoms...I dont know how to move the process along faster because now we are more than ready!

Hes 30 and im 27.
