Growth Scan

Went in for my 37 week appointment today (37 weeks 4 days) and the doctor ordered an ultrasound. She said baby continues to measure slightly behind (fluctuates between 1-2 weeks) and she can’t find the top of my uterus because it’s so far up in my ribs. She didn’t say what next steps would be if the ultrasound shows baby is behind as well and I didn’t think to ask. Does anyone have experience with this? Will she wait longer to induce if baby isn’t coming on her own? Will she induce earlier? Recommend c-section? Just trying to prepare myself! Ultrasound appointment is Monday.
