Red hard bumps on my stomach area

I know none of us are doctors or anything like that but was hoping maybe someone has seen it had this. I have 3 red painful bumps on my stomach. One popped up and then a few days later another and now a 3rd is forming. They are really irritated, hard and painful as hell. I thought maybe they were boils but from past experience with boils I don’t think this is the case. Thoughts anyone?
