Could I be pregnant?

So, I'll get straight to it. The length of my cycle is 28 days, more or less.

The last fertile day I had sex was November 21st, 5 days before ovulation day.

I have not tested yet this cycle, but I'm going in to see my gyno on Monday, December 10th. I'll be tested then, as it is required to take an hcg test, which must come out negative before my gyno may insert nexplanon in my arm. Sad to say I'm getting a long lasting arm implant even though I really would like a kid.

No, I have not taken plan B.

The symptoms with a purple mark through them are what I am experiencing this week, with sore breasts starting late last week. I have had light spotting twice.
