Teething or maybe a cold?

Two days ago Kinsley was really fussy before bed, it happened again last night. On top of it she’s slept for 11 & 8.5 hours each night. Her usual is 4.5-6 hrs and then 2-2 or 3 for the second half of the night.

I’ve been wondering if she’s teething the past few days because the crying before bed didn’t sound normal - more like she was in pain. And yesterday she sounded a little stuffy/congested with more coughing than usual (sometimes she coughs like she’s learning a new sound, but yesterday it was different). She has reflux, so sometimes she sounds congested anyways.

Her temp today is 98.8 (with an ear thermometer). She’s been quieter than usual - not talking as much, but seems super content otherwise and is still smiley.

She has been nursing a lot though and seems pretty tired (every time she nurses she falls asleep on the boob and ends up using me as a paci).

I can’t figure out if she’s just got a slight cold (we’ve been out a lot the past week in cool weather) or if she’s starting to teethe.

She’s going to be 4 months in a few days, so I know at some point she’s going to get both. Just trying to figure out what’s going on.

Anyone else’s little one start teething yet? Or already had a cold? What was it like?
