Anyone know what this could be? It's on my baby's arm. She's had it for a few days. Isn't getting worse or better. I tried putting vaseline type cream on it and a little breastmilk. It's not anywhere else but this little patch by her elbow. It feels rough. I'm going to call the doctor tomorrow morning but was wondering if anyone has seen this before or has any advice? TIA
