Blood pressure..should I worry?

My blood pressure is usually in the low 100’s (100-102) & it’s been that way this entire pregnancy but yesterday at my appointment it was 125/67...is it going to keep going up from here on out? Yesterday I had a slight headache which is literally my 3rd headache this whole pregnancy & today I have a headache as well & I took my blood pressure & it was still in the 120’s..I know that’s not “high” but it’s high for me

Its not really a concern, later on in pregnancy your blood pressure can raise slightly. Im normally 90/55 and am now 127/75. If it gets to be like 140/80 or 90, then it will be a cause for concern. For now, You are doing great!

My doctor said they don’t start worrying about blood pressure until it’s 140/90 or above. She did said to make sure to get it checked immediately if I had headaches, blurry vision, sudden swelling, or sudden pain under my right breast.

When do you go into your OB next? I would bring it up at least because yes that’s not high, but on the higher range for you plus headaches. Are you swollen at all?
I also usually have low blood pressure and mine was 130/60 today, so my doctor checked again after I’d given my urine sample and it was back down to 100/60. Sometimes it’s just the time you are doing it, or you being a little bit stressed and not even knowing it.
