My husband has been going to set visitations with his daughters mother for almost two years.

He is on the birth certificate and he pays all his child support.

He has fought for 4 years going on five to see his daughter. She only allows him two hours every Sunday, unless she or we cancel.

That's it.

If he disagrees with her, she won't let him see her. He is not allowed phone calls to her, he is not allowed to take her anywhere or have her overnight.

There is no court involved but she threatens him when she doesn't get her way to lose custody. We have seen four lawyers, we are broke. We can't go on like this. He didn't even get to see her on first day of school. We have contacted legal aide and unless he was abused by her or can prove she is abusive(she's not) they won't help.

She allows their daughters step dad to make all the visits happen or not.

He has no parental rights over her though he does provide for her. We have offered to pay her gas just to see if she could drop his daughter off or come up with her for a visitation but she won't.

She has to be present the whole visit and "babysit" him.

He has no criminal record, and is a Christian man. He can't even take her to McDonalds or a gas station or park.

Any advice?
