Need some advice please
So it’s been my dream to be on America’s ninja warrior since I was 12 but I kinda got off track for the last two years havnt worked out like I use to and just had a baby 11 weeks ago
Well my husband said it’s highly unlucky il be accepted and I won’t be ready for it but in two years my goal is to be on it what do y’all think
Also what are some tips for workouts at home that I could do to help build up all of my muscles at once
