How to stay motivated ?
I’ve recently been thinking about doing home workouts with the weights I have to start losing weight but I find it hard to stay motivated and to actually work out for the period of time I tell myself I should be working out for. I know it’s all in my head and if I really wanted to do it I would but at the same time it’s so hard to stay motivated to do it for the full time and I get tired and distracted easily, should I push through it or start out with what I can deal with and then work my way up?
