Ladies I need advice and quick

So here weee go , I am 20 and me and my husband have sex on and off we have a baby of one year old ( the cutest little thing ever 😻😻) since I became pregnant with her she kicked my bladder my entire pregnancy last year . And this year my bladder is weak asf and I don’t do anything extremely physical to make pee drop down my pants . Everywhere I go I use a car and I am not overweight on my eyes 👀 seeing that there are women at 400 pounds which let me just throw out there all woman are beautiful & unique in their own way . But here is my problem , every time my husband ejaculates inside of me I end up cumming non stop ✋ in the same time as him , but then after sex and a few hours into the day I notice a pee smell usually coming out of my vagina . I know his pee is yellow and since I am kinda germaphobic I even came to the point to use a paper towel and take the dripping of his cum out of my vagina to see if there was any kind of pee or to see if possibly his cum came out with pee and definitely nope . His cum is completely normal . I gone to the docs when I tough the problem was me and they recommended me to use Vagisil a soap for the specific lady area . And now I am at loss , I even did testing to see if I had a diseases and nope 👎 not that either . So ladies what should I do ??? And yes this only happens when we have sex ! Because when we don’t I spend the day clean and free of any type of smells ! So any ideas ??
