TMI- looking for anyone with similar experience

I’m sorry for the TMI photo, but I have no clue what’s going on and I figured there’s plenty of TMI on this app so maybe someone will have an idea on what’s going on

So I’m 9dpo today. I confirmed ovulation with opk and had an US at my Dr which also confirmed ovulation. Nonetheless, we had sex every 2-4 days throughout this cycle.

I started having light cramps on my left lower side, then when I went to the bathroom I found this (TMI ahead)

Ive never had breakthrough bleeding before and I’m still a week away from AF. AF has come late before, but never early so I’m not sure if it’s AF or not. So far I’ve only had the one instance of this pink discharge. I don’t have cramps anymore either.

Anyone have any idea what it might be? Or if I’m out for this cycle?

Any ideas/experiences would be greatly appreciated!
