My LO is 9 months. I’m an over producer. Ive donated tons of milk and have more than half a deep freeze full of milk. I plan on pumping until he’s a year and then stopping. Not sure if I should stop all together since I have plenty of just stick to two pumps a day, morning and night until he’s a year and a half or until my supply runs out, whichever comes first. But how do I slow down when it comes to pumping? I’ve had mastitis before & certainly don’t want it again. Any tips are welcomed. Thanks!!
