Information on TB?

There was a reported case of somebody having TB at the university I want to go visit tomorrow. The school cleared and said that all those who have been in contact or may have been in contact have been alerted and that the person with TB is off campus until medically cleared.

Is it a bad idea if I go walk around the campus visiting it? It is an outdoor campus so I won’t be in any confinement. Do I have a chance of catching TB?
