Can drug dogs sniff out pain killers?

Hi ladies. My school has lots of drug issues so we have drug dogs sniff the school. I’m on my period and I have a few advils in my pocket so I can take a few when I need them because nobody in my family has time to come to the school to drop the Advil off with a doctors note. Can drug dogs sniff them out? They’re in my purse

They never did when I was in high school and I always had Advil and midol on me. They’re typically sniffing for like drug drugs not over the counter stuff
