Looking into nexaplanon and was wondering if anyone’s had bad side effects or even pregnancy while on it?

I had mine in and suffered for it. Terrible mood swings (and when I was low, I was really low..), gained 10kgs (22lbs) in about 7 months - apparently not a direct side effect but an “increase in appetite” is which can lead to weight gain. I also didn’t get a single period while I was on it which I’ll admit was handy (saved so much $$ from not buying sanitary products lol) but it felt really unnatural to me. Everyone’s body reacts differently to it though so you may find it works great for you. No way to really tell unless you try it for yourself.

Towards the end of my implant, I started bleeding for a month at a time, but my doctor said I may just need to switch it out early. I plan to do that once exams are over. Before that started, I didn’t even have periods.

Pregnancy is very rare. It's more than 99% pregnant with the chance of pregnancy being fewer than 1 out of 100 women each year. 
As for side effects I only experience about 2 and I've had my implant for almost 3 years. Irregular bleeding (I haven't bled at all and mood swings but nothin major. I can just notice I'm more emotional some days, more irritable or on this really happy streak for a bit 😂. Personally it's been smooth sailing!

I haven't gotten pregnant,  but it's made me paranoid,  insecure and a crybaby bitch. 
My mood swings are outrageous and I'm getting it out soon. 
It's not a horrible situation,  but enough for my husband to feel upset when i keep freaking out on him and I'm tired of feeling like a maniac.  
I'm tired of it.
