Struggling

Been going through so much in the past couple months feels like my life has changed got diagnosed with diabetes almost a month ago and found out that my 17 year old sister is pregnant and now just found out today that my older sister is also pregnant, me and my boyfriend been trying for awhile now and I don’t know what’s wrong maybe it’s the diabetes that’s stopping my from having a baby but I am trying to keep positive and I am sure when that time is right that it would happen but for now I just have my fur baby coco who loves the snow ❤️
