Need advice QUICK

So I’m using preseed for the first time. I know the packaging said to insert it 15 minutes prior to BD however I thought the hubby would be home by now so I went ahead and put it in before he got her so it had time to kinda disperse. But now he just texted me and told me he just got out of work so he won’t be home for at least 40 minutes...so do I have to take what I’ve already put in out and apply new before he comes??? Or should this dose still be good to use???
