Help please

So I started birth control, the pill, back in august. It was supposed to regulate my cycle from being extremely irregular. However, it made it worse. I started what I thought was my period August 23 and it didn’t end until September 13 (I stopped birth control August 25). I didn’t have any bleeding or a period until November 18 and it is still currently bleeding as of today, November 30. I’m used to not having periods from 3 to 6 months at a time...should I be more concerned about it? Unsure what to do.
