My only symptoms 🙄

So my only symptom used to be breast soreness. Recently I will maybe feel like puking but it only happens once or twice (thank goodness) but my boob soreness goes away sometimes :/ (it reassures me so I get scared when it’s gone) so the only symptom I’m left with is wanting to be in bed 24/7! It makes me so paranoid🙄🙂 I am 8 weeks exactly.
