Low dose aspirin for lupus?

Is it recommended to take low dose baby aspirin after a miscarriage for women with lupus? I have bleeding after  sex occasionally so not sure if I should or not, but have heard it reduces the risk of clotting in lupus patients which leads to pregnancy loss?? Any advice??

Have you been tested for APS? Antipholosiphid antibody syndrome. It’s common in women with lupus and can cause multiple miscarriages.
If you have APS you will need to be started on a thinner like aspirin but there are risks taking something like that, especially if you are younger so you should absolutely be consulting a rheumatologist!
