Boyfriend is addicted to jerking off

So my boyfriend has told me he masturbates/jerks off at least 4 times a day, sometimes every 2 hours, because he just has such a high sex drive, but when we are together on the weekends, we have sex like 1-3 times a day, he cums like 2 or 3 times each session. I want to start ttc soon, but i don't think he will stop jerking off. Hes indifferent, hes more if it happens it happens, when it comes to having kids. Ive been trying for 3 months now and i still havent gotten pregnant. Even if he abstains from masturbating for 12-14 hours will that increase chances or do you all think maybe hes infertile? I read that guys with a high sex drive tend to have high fertility, but why am i not getting pregnant ._.?! Shit when i was 16 i got pregnant the first time i had sex! Im 23, going to be 24 in january, now and my bf is 31, going to be 32 in may. I know from age 16 to 17 after i lost my pregnancy at 16, i was on the depo for 9 months. Took 2 years for my period to come back. Last year i took progestin only birth control for like a month or 2 and ive been birth control free since november of last year. Im hoping depo didnt make me infertile. But i have regular periods now? Doesnt that mean i ovulate and am fertile?
