Can anyone tell me what the bloody show look likes or what it means from that point on? Can it be gradual? I'm 30 weeks and I've had very very light pink spotting for a few days but today I had actual red blood. It wasn't enough to fill a pad and it wasn't due to an exam or intercourse, so I'm not sure. The only pain or cramping I've felt is very light period like cramps earlier today, well before the bleeding.
