Newbie TTC after IUD removal

So I'm 25 my fiancé and I have been TTC for a month now and nothing. I removed my IUD July 15th and BD that same exact day. Got my period the 17th and it was gone by the 19th. We were TTC after that and noticed I was 3 days late for my period this month. I ended up getting it the 17th again and it just now ended (some light spotting but that's about it) any advice as to if TTC now before a regular menstrual flow will work? I mean I'm not sure if this will even be considered a "regular" flow or not due to I never really had a period while I was on the mirena Baby dust to all
