4-6 Days before AF...?

This was our first cycle using pre seed, the last few days i’ve felt so tired and just sick to my stomach. also my left nipple has been hurting pretty bad. i just went to the bathroom & wiped & there was this light pink. I wiped again & there was nothing? Idk what implantation bleeding looks like so idk if this could be it, or if i should assume my period is coming...?
