Need advice

So a year ago my son father put his hand on me, I call the cops got a no contact order on. So he started msging my mom how he’s going to church, have lots of money and want to help me and how he misses our son. How he wishes I took off the no contact order, so I had a plan, so I took off the no contact to see if he really gonna help told my mom I’m giving him till the end of this year if he doesn’t help I will put it back on. So he talked to our son once since the no contact order was off, if I don’t talk to him he makes no effort in asking about our son. He literally started ignore my msg every since I asked for help. I’ve been taking care of our son by myself work two jobs 7 days a week sometimes I’d have to call in cause I’m sooo tired from working 8 hours on weekdays then working 6 hours on weekends. And he also has a baby on the way as well.
